Each new employee undergoes a carefully planned induction process, thanks to which he or she can quickly adapt to a new place. During the induction, you will learn about our know-how, values, work standards and you will get to know a team of committed specialists.

Sharing knowledge is part of our culture. Experienced Employees are happy to pass their knowledge on to new team members. Each of our Employees can take part in internal trainings organized, among others by Model University.

External trainings

We individually select the necessary external courses and trainings, conducted by experts in their field. We want our Employees to learn from practitioners who have the gift of imparting knowledge.
