Ethics Hotline

Ethics line of the Model Group was established in accordance with the company's anti-discrimination and anti-harassment and whistleblower protection policies. Through the Ethics Line, internal and external whistleblowers can draw attention to detected illegal, discriminatory or harassing actions by employees of Model Group or their business partners.

Use of the Ethics Line is completely voluntary and discreet. Notification can be submitted anonymously. If the whistleblower chooses to provide their contact information, it will facilitate and speed up the resolution of the notification. In case of disclosure of identity, the whistleblower is protected against retaliation.

All information provided through the Ethics Line is secured against misuse, archived and stored in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and other legal regulations governing the processing and protection of personal data.
