    With sites in Niedergösgen (CH), Weinfelden (CH) and, in the future, in Eilenburg (DE), we have four paper machines with different specializations - a great opportunity for engineers! The sophisticated production processes produce an environmentally friendly product that people can identify with.

    Onboarding

    In the individually designed onboarding process, we take the time to convey values, experience, and know-how to our new employees. In this way, we create the necessary basis for them to develop well with us and to be able to do excellent work. Onboarding is accompanied by various events.

    Training & Development

    Training and development describe our company's constant efforts to improve the performance and support the self-fulfillment of our employees. To this end, we offer a variety of different training opportunities and programs and provide support. Learning content that we cannot cover internally is provided by external training institutes and experts.

    On-the-job training

    At the same time, you receive on-the-job training every day - our many long-serving employees pass on their experience to new team members and in return also learn something new. And because we care about the safety and health of our employees, our colleagues are encouraged to complete recurring online training on these topics.
